Villa Piana is the entire right wing of an elegant three-story villa located just 35 km away from Florence.

Set in the Chianti-producing area, the villa is surrounded by grapevines and olive trees and  it has at guest’s disposal  6 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms with shower. Villa  is an ancient semi attached Villa recently restored and  equipped with any confort you may need. The property’s rustic stone-walled exteriors have a lovely charm and the Villa is a
perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Indoors, you will find satellite television and Wi-Fi. The villa has also been decked out with a
fitness room with a view on the beautifull country side and on the private pool 6 x10 x 1.20-2mt deep and Jacuzzi,  where you can relax during the hot summer days.

Villa Arni is a detached villa in which our firm offers our guests its special brand of comfort, attention, and the liberty inherent in an exclusive and custom-tailored stay. Set in the mediaeval heart of the gentle Tuscan hills, a short 1500 metres from the historical centre of San Gimignano and its splendid towers, Villa Arni is immersed in the green of an enormous garden. It is surrounded by Palagetto’s vineyards and olive groves and provides hospitality in elegant, tastefully restored double rooms.

The Villa is perfect for small groups or families of 16/20 people. It includes eight bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, splendid communal lounges, a spacious kitchen, and a large garden with barbecue area and a swimming pool for poolside aperitifs.

Romitorio: This room is situated on the first floor of Villa Arnilù. Its name conjures up somewhere intimate and welcoming, and the Romitorio double room with its queen size bed and ensuite bathroom fully lives up to its name. Air conditioning, heating and satellite TV included.

Le Balze: This bedroom is situated on the first floor, and entrance is external to the villa. An ideal family choice if taken together with the Collemucioli bedroom, which is adjacent and with which it shares a communicating door. Villa Volpina

Villa Volpina is located 3 km (2 ml) from Volpaia, Italy and only 21 km (13 mi) from Greve In Chianti in the tourist area “Chianti”.Villa Volpina is a beautiful stone building (284 sq m) with private pool. The property can sleep up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with six bathrooms. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and restaurant. If you can’t find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 15 km (10 mi) from the property where you can purchase your food and essentials.

This beautiful farmhouse is located in a very quiet and secluded position on the Castello di Volpaia estate. Guests can enjoy incredible views from the covered terrace, which is furnished for outdoor eating and is also very practical for families as it overlooks the pool, allowing parents to relax while keeping an eye on the pool area. The fortified hamlet of Volpaia offers two nice restaurants, one of which owned by the estate. The English speaking estate staff can organize cooking lessons, visits to the wine cellars and will be glad to assist guests during their stay.

Some steps down you access to the magnificent Indoor Pool with jets, and chromotherapy. Beneath the arched ceiling, guests can soak in the heated swimming pool with massage jets and chromotherapy lights, relax in the sauna, and rejuvenate with a cold bucket shower followed by a calming emotional shower.

Access to the Villa is a 2 minutes walkway from the costal road. The Villa is walking distance from the local beach with nice restaurant and the famous night club L’Africana. The Village of Praiano is only 1 km from the house

Located in the midst of the Chianti hills, on a ridge overlooking valleys rich in history, is Castellare de’ Sernigi, an ancient manor house owned by the Sernigi Family who were rich merchants and patrons of art for important painters in the fifteenth century. Passed over to the Naldini del Riccio family, it became a country residence in the eighteenth century.

The property was purchased at the end of the 1950s by the Corti Family who subsequently restored the Villa to its past splendour. Restoration of the Chianti Villa has not only maintained its architectural style, but has also enhanced the natural harmony which bonds this structure to the Tuscan landscape.
