The typical Tuscan Kitchen is fully equipped and it s perfect for any kind of preparation. Also, we can organize wine, oil and ice-cream tasting (min.6 people). Relax in the spacious and majestic living area or enjoy the fitness room; let yourself be spoilt by a rejuvenating massage (at extra charge); taste the traditional, fragrant aromas of our territory at dinner time with a selection of the best local products; have a rest by the pool under the flower gazebo. Ground Floor

a huge living room with sat.TV and DVD player and a nice leisure room with sofas, fireplace and board games. The beautiful living room has access to the outside dining area and to the park. The kitchen is fully equipped with a centre island perfect for cooking lessons. On this floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Guests will benefit from a fancy fitness room and a bathroom with shower.

First Floor

6 marvellous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Every bedroom has a queen size bed except one where it is possible to have twin beds (can be converted into Queen). Two rooms can accomodate an extra bed for an additional charge. Thanks to the extra beds, Casa Mattei can accomodate up to 12 people.

Baby cot is available at extra fee of 122 euro per week. Every bedroom has air conditioning, heating system and a safe. Some bedrooms overlook the pond, others the garden, swimming pool and olive groves. Every bathroom has a shower and some a bath tub.
