Villa il Mare is a splendid Villa overlooking the crystalline sea of the Island of Elba, offering a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mola and its renowned Porto Azzurro. The Villa is located in the midst of nature within a private forest which descends directly towards access to the sea via a staircase.

Villa il Mare is the ideal place to spend holidays with the whole family, friends or for business trips as a team. With a private forest that descends towards the sea with personal access, is made up of a 130m2 villa consisting of a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms with bathroom and a wonderful terrace overlooking the Gulf as well as three annexes with bathroom and kitchen. In total it accommodates a maximum of 18 people who, thanks to the type of structural subdivision, can spend both shared moments and in total privacy.

The villa is a 130m2 cottage with kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a wonderful terrace overlooking the Gulf where you can enjoy a breathtaking view and priceless sunsets.

From the Villa there is a staircase that leads to the two annexes below and access to the private sea.

Sea View – Accommodates 3 people – 25 m2 – 1 Double bed + 1 Single bed

The accommodation is independent from the main structure of the villa, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Room composed of a sleeping area with a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower.

Second annex:

Sea View –  Accommodates 3 people – 45 m2 – 1 Double bed + 1 Single bed

The accommodation is independent from the main villa, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Room composed of a sleeping area with a bedroom with double bed, living room, bathroom with shower and independent equipped kitchen.
