Villa Rosella in Panzano is steeped in history, in family and in beauty. The current owners have been here for more than twenty five years. Fell in love with it one day as he was passing by and promised to buy it for his wife as an ambitious present for their future activity.  The Villa is completely family run managed .

The family live in a part of the Villa, completely independent on a ground floor, respecting your privacy. In some moments of the season, the owners could come and stay in a completely independent part of the house. You have your privacy just in case!

Choosing this house is like immersing yourself in the authenticity of the place, in a house with a story and a simple flavour.

Dogs are accepted. The property is not fenced. But eventually there is a side of the garden in front of the house that has a gate and can be free without problems.

Casa Mattei

Casa Mattei is located in the famous area of Vorno: a gracious small village at the foot of Mount Pisano, which separates Lucca from Pisa.

This estate consisting of three exquisitely distinct villas is found just outside of the hamlet of Panzano, less than an hour’s drive from the unforgettable city of Florence. Immersed in the scenery of stunning Tuscany, Villa Marcellina sits on a hill and covers 20 acres of a landscape that dreams are made of. From the town there are two country roads leading to the property through the beautiful countryside. Panzano is in close proximity to the villa so shops, restaurants, services and can be reached in just a moment. Each villa has its own parking lot and foot path to the town.

The property is located in the heart of Chianti, between the provinces of Florence and Siena. Two of the villas were built during the XVI and XVII century as a farmhouse, a third one is a new and modern project.

The villas has kept all their original characteristics through the centuries until the last owner acquired in 2014. This amazing property is now ready to be rented after four years of a laborious process of renovation, that has included searching for the specialized architect, a construction company formed by artisans of the area, and a search of original materials and furnishings coming all around Italy, in order to have the right hand made pavement, chimney, forged iron, doors, etc.

In all the restoration works the owners have respected the environment. Hot water, electricity, heating all comes from the use of clean energy as the geothermal and solar energy.

Once finished the restoration work was finished the owner started with a never-ending journey through Antiquaries around Italy and France to decorate the villa in a manner that respected its character and original style, but also provided a relaxing and comfortable environment for guests. The skilful renovation and tasteful decoration has been finished in winter of 2018.

The final result is an amazing property well decorated with sought furnishings, all surrounded by breathtaking views of the Chianti. Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas. Windows and gates are positioned in order to avoid any kind of privacy limitation.

In addition to the peaceful and private environment it offers, the villa, elegant and guaranteeing you all the comfort you might look for, benefits from WiFi service, and is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms( extra cost), a living room, a panoramic terrace and a garden where you will find a wood-burning oven, a barbecue, a pool, and a solarium.

Recently renovated, the villa is composed of 3 floors accessible by either the stairway or the lift, a large terrace with a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and is constituted of 5 bedrooms in the sleeping quarters, 5 bathrooms and a living area. The outside area is home to a panoramic terrace, a garden in which you will find a swimming pool, along with a wood burning oven and a barbecue.

Indoors
The entrance level of the villa is composed of a spacious lounge area with a fireplace and a large terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Capri island. The lower level, which you can have access to through a private lift or stairway is constituted of 3 bedrooms, all of them furnished in traditional warm colours and bright ceramic floor tiles. Then, the ground level, also accessible through the private lift or stairway, will lead you to a spacious living area in which you will find a fireplace, a dining area, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. From this floor you will be given direct access to the terrace, the private garden and the swimming areas.

Outdoors
Villa has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea, surrounded by a solarium with sun beds and mattresses for sunbathing, and equipped with a hydro massage corner and a waterfall shower.
A parking space is available outside of the villa, it is however, due to its size, not suited for minivans. You will also be able to rent sun beds and umbrellas, which have to be reserved and paid directly on the spot, at the beach situated 100 metres from the residence. A new bathroom has been added by the pool area.

Villa Moschini

Villa Moschini was built in 1650. It is situated in Tuscany in a unique position at the foot of the “Noble Hills”, 9kms North/East of the walled city of Lucca. The villa is situated few hundreds of metres from the famous villas of Lucca: Villa Reale, Villa Grabau and Villa Oliva. The Villa was bought by the Buldrini family and the work of reconstruction and consolidation begin, the gardens and vegetable gardens are reproduced according to the information available on the typical Lucca style of the villas outside the city walls. The architecture recalls the the 15th century style with the two-level entrance staircase on the principal facade, with balustrade and columns in stone and the three-arched lodge of typical Tuscan order facing the rear facade. The property has a park with century-old trees, splendid Mediterranean plants and fruit garden. A gallery of roses crosses one side of the garden, from the pool (13/6mtrs and from 1.10 to 1.60 deep) to the lemon houses one of which has a ping pong and billiard table while the other has a kitchen for cooking lessons and pizza parties. These can also be used for special occasions or just for reading and relaxing.

There is also a new big external jacuzzi tub; an external pizza oven, burn with a professional kitchen for cooking class, Bose soundlink speakers, rechargeable table lamps, gas detector.
