Villa Lubra

Located not far from Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast in the middle of the Neapolitan Riviera, Villa is a beautiful residence on San Montano’s beach. The villa is an ideal place for a stay of leisure and relaxation, encircled by the abundant green Mediterranean, overlooking the sea of the Gulf of Naples. In addition to the peaceful and private environment it offers, the villa, elegant and guaranteeing you all the comfort you might look for, benefits from WiFi service, and is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms( extra cost), a living room, a panoramic terrace and a garden where you will find a wood-burning oven, a barbecue, a pool, and a solarium.

Recently renovated, the villa is composed of 3 floors accessible by either the stairway or the lift, a large terrace with a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and is constituted of 5 bedrooms in the sleeping quarters, 5 bathrooms and a living area. The outside area is home to a panoramic terrace, a garden in which you will find a swimming pool, along with a wood burning oven and a barbecue.

Indoors
The entrance level of the villa is composed of a spacious lounge area with a fireplace and a large terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Capri island. This level also includes a double room, in which an extra bed can be placed, with a private bathroom. The lower level, which you can have access to through a private lift or stairway is constituted of 3 bedrooms, all of them furnished in traditional warm colours and bright ceramic floor tiles. The floor is equipped with 3 bathrooms, one of which is located in the master bedroom.
Then, the ground level, also accessible through the private lift or stairway, will lead you to a spacious living area in which you will find a fireplace, a dining area, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. From this floor you will be given direct access to the terrace, the private garden and the swimming areas.

Outdoors
Villa has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the sea, surrounded by a solarium with sun beds and mattresses for sunbathing, and equipped with a hydro massage corner and a waterfall shower.
A parking space is available outside of the villa, it is however, due to its size, not suited for minivans. You will also be able to rent sun beds and umbrellas, which have to be reserved and paid directly on the spot, at the beach situated 100 metres from the residence. A new bathroom has been added by the pool area.

Villa Moschini

Villa Moschini was built in 1650. It is situated in Tuscany in a unique position at the foot of the “Noble Hills”, 9kms North/East of the walled city of Lucca. The villa is situated few hundreds of metres from the famous villas of Lucca: Villa Reale, Villa Grabau and Villa Oliva. The Villa was bought by the Buldrini family and the work of reconstruction and consolidation begin, the gardens and vegetable gardens are reproduced according to the information available on the typical Lucca style of the villas outside the city walls. The architecture recalls the the 15th century style with the two-level entrance staircase on the principal facade, with balustrade and columns in stone and the three-arched lodge of typical Tuscan order facing the rear facade. The property has a park with century-old trees, splendid Mediterranean plants and fruit garden. A gallery of roses crosses one side of the garden, from the pool (13/6mtrs and from 1.10 to 1.60 deep) to the lemon houses one of which has a ping pong and billiard table while the other has a kitchen for cooking lessons and pizza parties. These can also be used for special occasions or just for reading and relaxing.

There is also a new big external jacuzzi tub; an external pizza oven, burn with a professional kitchen for cooking class, Bose soundlink speakers, rechargeable table lamps, gas detector.

The inside of the villa is decorated with frescoes of the 1600/1700, restored to their original splendor in 2018. All the elements which furnish this spectacular property are of the highest historical value due to their authenticity. From the original, cotto pavements to the wooden beam ceilings, the delightful fireplaces, the columns in marble , to the precious frescoes and decorations. The elegant and sophisticated furnishings with precious materials and elegant gildings lend great charm and unique emotions to this antique building. The villa, approximately 1.000 mq, has three floors and can hold 20 guests.

Villa dei Medici

At only 35kms from Florence, immersed in the Tuscan countryside, Villa dei Medici,is in a sunny, hilly, very quiet spot, where it is possible to spend a pleasant, relaxing vacation,which includes Tuscan cuisine and well-being. Driving along the splendid tree-lined avenue you reach the villa, placed in the middle of a beautiful Italian garden, with century-old trees overlooking a large swimming pool, available only to the guests of the villa from the last week of April to the first Saturday of October. Tastefully restored and furnished these two villas of the 15th century, are ideal as a setting off point for visiting the most beautiful cities in Tuscany.
These two Medici villas are positioned close to each other and can host 15/16 people, friends or Families. After a busy day sightseeing you can relax around the pool (10/5 metres and 1.5 deep. It also has a well-equipped solarium With outside shower, pool furniture and umbrellas,refectory for an end-of-the -day cool drink or a nice glass of wine.. a outside there is also a patio with BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with caffè’ machines, toaster, stove and fridge. If you prefer to eat alfresco there is a veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside . In all, there are three panoramic terraces, ping pong table and lounges and armchairs .
Parking is on the property and wi-if is free.

Villa la Loggia
When you enter the villa you find yourself in an open space with a dining table on the right (which seats 10 people). It is in farò the of a beautiful vetrage looking out over the portico. After the column on the right there is a lounge-room with fireplace (which takes up the whole wall) a divan 2 armchairs and Smart TV. This leads into the Winter lounge, a magnificent with a vetrage looking out onto the park and portico. From this room there is a service bathroom, very spacious but with no shower or bath. To the left of the entrance we find a study with a desk and copying machine, as well as 2 double divan beds. Proceeding along the corridor, on the right there is the
laundry, with washing machine and dryer. Instead, on the left, there is a kitchen with a table for 6, fridge, ice maker, dishwasher etc. Going up the staircase to the first floor, to the right there is a double bedroom with a third, single divan bed and double windows.
Continuing still on the right there is the master bedroom which includes a single puff bed, enormous vetrage overlooking the valley, two windows, a built-in wardrobe,bathroom with two basins and shower. On the other side of the corridor there is another double bedroom with another single divan bed and an enormous vetrage looking out over the terrace. On the same side of the corridor there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed and another bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a very big bathroom,(at the service of three bedrooms, with a bath and a shower.
Villa La Terrazza.

Entering the villa we have a corridor which opens onto various rooms. The first, on the right, is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with big shower and two basins. The bedroom faces onto a well furnished terrace which is on three sides of the house.
On the left, instead, there is another double bedroom, a bathroom and a single room with bunk beds. Continuing along the corridor we come to a living area with two four seated divans tables, Smart tv and this leads on to a lounge room with fireplace and access onto a well equipped terrace. This lounge has a dining table for 16people and a well-equipped kitchen and laundry and a
bathroom with shower. The panoramic terrace has tables which can seat up to 20 people, small lounges with divans, chaise- long, armchairs and umbrellas.

Podere La Farfalla

Located on a hill overlooking the Val d‘Arno, immediately behind the Chianti, totally surrounded by greenery, “Podere La Farfalla” (also known as “La Specola”) is an ancient farmhouse dating back to 1300. During its millenary history it has been the home of illustrious local personalities; it was in fact the house of property and residence of the philosopher, humanist, astrologer, as well as personal educator of the Medici family, Marsilio Ficino (1433-1499).

Inside the park are the frame of the manor house, 3 charming and comfortable dependance completely renovated and furnished respecting the Tuscan style. The silvery foliage of the olive tree, the thousand colors of fruit trees, the rising of the severe and centuries-old cypress trees, make it the ideal place for a relaxing and healthy holiday.

Podere is housed in a small hamlet consisting of three residential units with very ancient origins. Today, thanks to the careful and fine recovery that has preserved the original building, it lends itself to being a welcoming and luxurious residence where you can spend a holiday in the countryside in the heart of Tuscany. The dwelling, which offers a suggestive view of green hills and expanses of olive trees and is cloaked at the bottom by an extended crown of wood for the most part practicable, it is embellished with a collection of antique furniture and precious accessories that give the rooms a touch of uncommon personality.

Outside, it is framed by a quiet and well-kept park with a lot of lawn, a large swimming pool and equipped areas. Located at the gates of Figline Valdarno, with shops, services and restaurants, and a few kilometers from the famous outlet The Mall and from small urban centers scattered in the surroundings, the property is immersed in the most beautiful and varied landscapes of Tuscany, in the area of Florentine Valdarno, between the Pratomagno ridge and the nearby Chianti region, a short distance from Florence and Arezzo, and a few kilometers from the Autostrada del Sole and the main tourist resorts of Tuscany (the villages of Chianti, San Gimignano, Siena and all the renowned valleys that cross it). Here it will be possible to taste the delicious and authentic Tuscan eno-gastronomic products, visit the wonderful nature reserves of Sant’Antonio and Vallombrosa and the evocative area of the crags on foot and by bike.

NB: In a wing of the property, with independent access, live the friendly owners who take care of the maintenance of the park and the swimming pool without interfering in the privacy of the guests.

La Torre:

The main villa consists of two floors. From the ground floor you enter a large atrium where there are the stairs to the upper floor and which leads into the living area organized with lounge, dining room and built-in kitchen with a large fireplace

Through French windows it is possible to directly access the equipped outdoor areas from every room. The floor is completed with a service bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs there is a TV room and four bedrooms with private bathroom: two double bedrooms with bathroom with tub, one double with bathroom with tub and shower and, finally, one twin with bathroom with shower.

Il Fienile:

Located about 15 meters from the main villa, it is spread over two levels.

The entrance on the ground floor leads into the living room with lounge and dining table; from here you reach a spacious kitchen with direct access to the veranda, the laundry room and a bathroom with shower.

Il Prato:

It is about 40 meters from the villa; on the ground floor there is an open space organized with living room, dining area and kitchenette, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and, finally, the laundry room.

The upper floor is completed by a double bedroom with a terrace overlooking the park and served by a bathroom with shower. The entrance on the ground floor leads into the living room with lounge and dining table; from here you reach a spacious kitchen with direct access to the veranda, the laundry room and a bathroom with shower.

Pool: Dimensions 8 X 16 m

The large swimming pool of Podere is placed in an area of the garden surrounded by thick vegetation from which green hilly landscapes can be seen. It can be reached briefly both from the annexes and from the main farmhouse (from which it is about 50 m) simply by taking a few steps in the lawn that surrounds it. The pool has a rectangular shape with depths between 1.20 m and 2.40 m, is covered in white ceramic tiles and is bordered with terracotta bricks. It is sanitized with chlorine and is accessed via two metal ladders. The solarium that develops all around is equipped with umbrellas, gazebos, sun loungers, cold water showers and a circular hydromassage tub (not heated). The swimming pool, illuminated both inside and outside.

Within the Property:

The park surrounding the villa, within a property of about 27 hectares, is enhanced by large areas planted with lawns, bordered on the sides by garrisons of olive trees and, on the bottom, by extensive wooded vegetation, mostly flat and walkable. Through the private avenue bordered by rows of cypresses you reach the covered parking area and, from here, the main villa, the annexes and the swimming pool. Around each housing structure, in the vast park cared for and enlivened by multiple blooms, there are recreational spaces for outdoor parking set up with seats, tables and armchairs: in the large stone-paved courtyard and embellished with fragrant lemon trees, in the patio on the back, where there is a masonry structure with barbecue and wood-burning oven.

Villa Il Passero

The villa is located at the heart of the estate, with its unusual elongated rectangular form, made of rough hewn stone, and able to comfortably welcome 19+1 guests, providing every comfort. The villa opens onto a spacious garden with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. An imperial stone staircase leads down to the pool, surrounded by a large lawn area from which you can access the “loggiato”, a typical Italian-style covered porch which is the ideal place for a pleasant meal or simply to relax in the sitting area. On the back of the loggiato you will find a bathroom, a large shower, and two spacious changing rooms, as well as an area for outdoor cooking with a refrigerator.

The villa has 5 double bedrooms ( 2 with king size bed), 4 twin bedrooms, 1 with French bed and 1 bedroom service close to the kitchen. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. 13 bathrooms, a large well equipped kitchen, two dining rooms with fireplace, TV room, billiard room, library and various lounges.

EXCLUSIVE ACCOMMODATIONS

The villa has two entrances. The main entrance leads to the sitting room with a television as well as the library through which you can reach the main living areas, the billiard room, and the only bedroom which is on the ground floor, a double bedroom with handicap accessible bathroom. The second entrance, or the service entrance, is to the left of the main entrance and brings you to the kitchen, the pantry, the enormous dining room, and the hunting room with it’s monumental fireplace. The ground floor also has a small powder room as well as a laundry room.

HUNTING ROOM: Three areas which are both distinct and connected, allowing all of the guests to enjoy a moment together, but also permitting privacy and different activities within the same space.

THE DINING ROOM: Experience the traditions of Tuscan cuisine; You can choose between the more formal dining room with its grand table and large chairs, or the country-style hunting room, ideal for a buffet or family style dinner, or a simple lunch. Our cooking is rigorously Tuscan and all made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

LIVING ROOMS: The red of the terracotta and the blue of the sky lend their colours to the sitting rooms of Villa Piaggia, a reflection of tradition but also inviting relaxation. Spacious rooms in which you can talk, read and rest.

KITCHEN AND PANTRY: Garden to table for a full immersion in true Tuscany
Starting in the garden and passing to the pantry before arriving on the table thanks to the skilled hands of the chef, you can enjoy a selection of dishes made with the utmost respect for both the seasons and the deep traditions of Tuscan cooking, for a complete Tuscan experience.

BILLIARD ROOM AND TV ROOM: Relaxation and fun throughout the day, Villa has many rooms, as many as there are moments in a day of vacation. After a walk on the grounds or a dip in the pool, you can allow yourself a quiet hour to read in the library, play a game of billiards, or watch a movie in the TV room.

All of the bedrooms and bathrooms boast magnificient views over the garden and surrounding countryside.

A large staircase in pietra serena, the local grey stone, leads to the second floor where you can find 9 bedrooms all with bathroom ensuite and air conditioning. All of the bedrooms, which each have stunning views out over the garden, can be accessed from a long hallway. Turn to the left to find the master bedroom with it’s king size canopy bed and sitting room with a terrace above the garden and a large and welcoming bathroom in travertine stone.

On the same side of the house are located 2 double en-suite bedrooms, a twin room with marble bathroom, and the villa’s only single bedroom, in Empire style, with a double bed and a marble bathroom with a large shower. Turn to the right along the hallway to enter either of the the 2 marvellous twin suites, with spacious bathrooms en-suite, one of which has a bathtub. Finally there is the “camera dei nonni”, the grandparents’ room, with its large canopy bed and a beautiful view over the Tuscan countryside.

THE GARDEN: It is surrounded by a luxuriant garden where there is a panoramic swimming pool (14×9 meters) for use exclusive to guests. Overlooking the swimming pool a loggia with sofa area, dining area and barbecue.

From the pool you can enjoy stunning views over the Tuscan countryside. As you swim, take in the olive and cypress trees, the outline of the gently rolling hills and the blue of the sky as well as the green of the lawn and warm yellow ocher of the stone which was excavated from the estate’s own woods to build all of the buildings on the property. Near the pool you can find the lovely “loggiato”, an Italian-style covered porch, which has a comfortable dining area, BBQ, and a laid back lounge area. It is the ideal place to enjoy your meal and relax during the hottest hours of the day, or to have a cocktail or outdoor dinner in the evening.

Villa is the perfect place to fully experience Tuscany, taking advantage of our chef and housekeeper to arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dishes are all made in keeping with Tuscan tradition and with seasonal ingredients from our own garden or other local farms. This service can be booked for the entire week or reserved as individual meals with 24/48 hours advance notice.

The villa is located 15 km from San Gimignano and less than 1 hour from Florence, Siena and Pisa.
The ideal location to visit all the main places of interest in Tuscany. Florence with its magnificent palaces and museums, Siena with its splendid shell-shaped square, Lucca with its ancient walls, Pisa with the leaning tower, Monteriggioni, Volterra with the its artisan shops, San Gimignano with its towers and … the best ice cream in the world !!!

The nearest grocery store is located 1 km from the villa (at the end of the private road) ed the nearest village is Montaione (7 km) where there is a supermarket – also open there Sunday. A few kilometers away there are several restaurants and pizzerias of excellent quality.

On the “via Francigena” near Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca: Villa is located in the heart of Tuscany, within a 150-hectare estate. The vineyards and the olive groves of the estate surround the house and are the ideal place for walks and sports. There are no inhabited houses within 2 km and access to the villa is via a private road.

During your stay it is possible to organize wine tastings and courses cooking with our chef and truffle hunting in the woods of the estate. Near the villa it is possible to play tennis and golf; we can organize horseback riding, by bicycle, excursions and private tours to the main Tuscan tourist resorts.

Villa La Mora

Villa La Mora is a beautiful Villa immersed in the picturesque Tuscan countryside at only 35 minutes driving from Florence. The main building and the independent guesthouse are surrounded by a very large garden (3.000 m2) where a private swimming pool and a private park are located.

Both the main Villa and the annex have been restored with great care and taste. Villa’s guests can enjoy all modern comfort such as wi-fi and air conditioning together with a charming luxurious atmosphere.

Il Casalino rents in Vorno, a small Tuscany village, just outside Lucca, Italy.

Though the mill wheel no longer turns, the absolute simplicity of the timeless atmosphere remains today.

Serenity is the philosophy of life offered here, as Villa Il Casalino is brought back to life for your enjoyment. Here in the warm golden afternoons you can breath in the simple pleasures of the past. Today the rooms of the old mill have become intimate and comfortable living spaces, full of warmth and welcome. The old stable on the ground floor is now the dining room where one can admire the vaulted ceiling, the stonework, and other traditional workmanship.The entry hall’s large window looks on to the garden, bringing in the outside. The study and powder room continue in the same rustic but elegant style. And how can one forget the two stone fireplaces,once so indispensable, that still awaken the warmth and memories of family gatherings, old stories,and friendly conversations.

On the upper floor of villa are five double bedrooms,each with private bathrooms. Three room face north with views of the panoramic valley and hills and two look southwards over the beautiful garden and brook. Of the five bedrooms, one is a large master suite with sitting room. The furnishings were carefully and patiently selected during the restoration to provide the utmost comfort and luxury.

Villa Daniela

Villa Daniela is one of the most authentic villas in Lucca area. Villa Controni

Built as the summer residence of the important Controni family, noble merchants of Lucca, through the centuries the house has hosted many famous personalities, such as Prince Frederick of Denmark and Norway. Located in a beautiful estate in the hills of Vorno, at the foot of Mount Pisano, this magnificent Villa, 6 km from Lucca, has beautiful fresco painted walls and is surrounded by centuries old trees, olive groves and pine forest hilltops with castle ruins. It has a small deconsecrated church where the famous Luigi Matteucci was buried (a diplomat of the Granduca of Tuscany in France and father of Felice Matteucci, the inventor of the first stroke engine). For many years the fertile estate has been devoted to the cultivation of rare flowers and to the production of extra virgin olive oil but nowadays it is a relax heaven in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. At short distance from the ancient town of Lucca, the Villa benefits from a very nice location in the hills with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. Our guests will enjoy this amazing panorama taking advantage of the peacefulness of the Tuscan countryside by the swimming pool
area with sun loungers and deck chairs. The former lemon house has been restored and converted to a fitness area with beautiful big windows overlooking the pool. A nice walk through the centuries old trees of our beautiful Italian garden; a dinner under the stars in the magnificent alfresco dining area in the backyard of the Villa with an exclusive view of the olive groves and neighbouring villages: you will be spoilt by the choice!
Under the arched loggia there is also another lovely dining area with BBQ.

Villa Il Frantoio

At the foot of Mount Pisano, in the valley of Vorno, (6 km from Lucca) is situated this beautiful typical Tuscan oil mill , immersed among olive groves. The property was first the private oil mill of the family Controni and then used by the famous architect Felice Matteucci who invented the first stroke engine (prototype to the modern day motor car) in his workshop next to the Villa. Matteucci was the son to the renowned minister of Justice of the Republic of Lucca and the noblewoman Angiola Tomei Albiani. Formerly a private olive press for a wealthy Italian family in the 16th century, this villa is full of historical allure and surrounded by terraced olive groves with stunning views of the valley below and Lucca’s medieval towers.
