Villa La Botte

A luxurious old stone villa set among acres of vines in the heart of Chianti, Villa is a fabulous holiday home for up to eight guests. It’s very convenient for the lively market town of Gaiole and Brolio Castle is also nearby.
This tastefully designed property retains much of its history, yet has an airy, modern look with a bright décor and interesting antique pieces. Exposed stone walls and a mixture of typical terracotta, light-tiled or attractive wood floors adds texture to the overall feel. The huge, traditional-style kitchen is perfect for rustling up communal meals and there’s space for dining, too. But don’t miss eating in the spacious loggia, which has views across your private pool and garden to the vineyards and olive groves beyond. The pool, set in lush lawn, it really couldn’t be more inviting – pull up a sunbed and enjoy the views. With a lounge on every floor, there’s space for everyone to relax here. Sleeping arrangements are flexible,
too – an annexe en-suite bedroom offers privacy for one couple, while others will be tossing a coin for the enormous master suite.

This is a luxury villa that retains lots of Tuscan character, while offering all mod cons and contemporary touches. It’s beautifully decorated and achieves the perfect blend of old and new. The pretty gardens and the huge pool are big draws, too, as are the views to the surrounding vineyards.
Notes
Four bedrooms. Six bathrooms, two en-suite. The annexe is accessed independently via external stairs or a door in the garden – it is not linked internally to the rest of the villa. The caretaker lives nearby on the estate. Air conditioning is available in every bedroom as well as the first floor lounge. This service is included in the weekly price.
Pool

The pool is located to one side of the villa. It is accessed from the main loggia and down some wonderful, large stone steps. It is nestled in a pretty, perfectly manicured lawn dotted with trees and surrounded by a paved deck which has several sun beds. Excellent views of the surrounding Chianti hills covered in a dense forest can be enjoyed while relaxing by the pool side or in the cool water. Immediately around the villa there are the property’s vineyards which can also be seen from the pool area. To one side of the pool there are roman steps to enter the crystal water.
The pool is 15×8 metres and 1.6 to 2 metres deep. It’s open from April to October, weather permitting.

Villa La Botte is a luxury property, maintained to an excellent standard. The caretaker lives on the estate, a short distance away from the villa. He can be easily contacted for any queries.

Location:

The nearest village is San Regolo, it has a restaurant open only at lunch. The village Lecchi in Chianti, it is about 7km away and this has a small grocery and a good restaurant. Gaiole in Chianti is the nearest town, it is 8km away and has a selection of shops and restaurants. There are also other amenities such as the post office, banks, pharmacy and doctors office in Gaiole.

Villa is surrounded by its 5 hectares of Chianti Classico vineyards, 2 hectares of olive groves and 75 hectares of woods.

At an altitude of 350 meters above sea level, the grape variety mainly cultivated is Sangiovese and complementary also Cabernet and Merlot are grown; an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from approximetely 200 olive trees. Collects about 300 quintals of grapes and gets, in its own cellar equipped with the most modern technologies, about 200 hl of wine destined to the bottling of Chianti Classico wine, Chianti Classico Riserva and IGT Super Tuscan.

Villa del Capo lies in the Capo d’Orso Natural Park and at 250 meters from the beach.The property is very private and also has a private parking space.You can reach the villa via 50 steps or alternatively via a path through the gardens.

More precisely, it is located on the main road that connects the towns of the Amalfi Coast; about 8 minutes by car from Maiori, 30 minutes by car from Amalfi, and 20 minutes from Salerno.

The two neighboring towns (Minori and Maiori) have a local flavor and have some truly wonderful restaurants and also all the amenities you need.

This charming villa, with an area of 160 sqm, surrounded by large and lush green spaces, lush lemon and olive groves, also offers unparalleled romantic views.

The estate has two outdoor tennis courts at our guests’ disposal free of charge depending on availability. Tennis rackets and balls are available at the reception. Private lessons are available upon request with extra cost. The tennis courts are surrounded by a century-old poplar grove and conveniently located close to Il Borro Tuscan Bistro for a refreshing break.

Estate has seven private swimming pools, one for each Villa of the property. All the pools are surrounded by lawns and gardens and have a lovely view. They are perfectly kept and furnished with elegant garden furniture and comfortable sun loungers. Pools are not heated.

La Vigna is an estate with magnificent gardens, forests and agricultural land that covers over 400 hectares on the hills between Greve and Panzano in Chianti.
The heart of the estate is its renaissance villa, built in 1300 by the Gherardini family, and surrounded by gardens that fill the spaces between rows of cypress trees, vineyards and olive groves. A marvellous location, nestled within the lavish woodland, olive groves and vines, Villa La Casata offers a perfect country escape. Its unspoilt location, set

Villa Dimora Amalfitana

An authentic ancient residence, built in the nineteenth century, Dimora Amalfitana is a unique and elegant jewel of 400 sqm overlooking one of the most scenic corners of the Amalfi Coast.Thanks to the recent renovation, the Villa is now available in a series of harmonious balance between state of the art technology and the elegant original features, that are in line with the history of the house.La Dimora Amalfitana is one the few villas on The Amalfi Coast without steps and for this reason accessible also to elderly people and people with reduced waljing capacity or in wheelchair.Without architectural barriers the 8 panoramic ensuite rooms:-three on the attic floor with oval windows;-three on the first floor

An ELEVATOR is now available to connect all the Villa’s floors from the covered loggia up to the roof top. With about 400 square metres the Villa is quite easy to navigate with a few steps between each floor.

An ancient staircase connects the four floors of the villa, that boasts vaulted ceilings, original brick floors of Ogliara, old parquet and also original hand-crafted majolica tiles.

Besides antique furniture, precious paintings, objects and tapestry of value the villa has striking views of the sea and the coast.

Overture, Rhapsody, Suite, Fantasy, Romance, Arabesque, Melody and Fugue are the names of the eight elegant bedrooms of the villa.

All eight ensuite bedrooms have either balconies or large oval windows with stunning views overlooking the sea. Three of them, one on each floor, can be converted to twin beds on request.
The bedrooms are decorated with art objects, valuable paintings and elegant pieces of furniture. All have small comfortable sitting areas and original terracotta floors, antique parquet and old handmade ceramics.

All the rooms have been equipped with the most technologically advanced comforts: soundproofing, heating, independently controlled air conditioning, flat screen satellite TV, internet connection, mini-bar, safe with code, a dresser built in a closet space, luxurious linens and orthopedic mattresses and pillows.

Most important: The same level hosts an outside parking place with an electrical gate.

The lower floor gives access to the extraordinary outdoor spaces of the Villa, with a surface of 1500 sqm of private park, distributed on a large terrace with bougainvillea pergola.

At the very end of this long covered area, you will find the pizza oven and the bbq and also a new kitchen.

This is a new large fully equipped and panoramic kitchen facing the sea.

In fact the new kitchen is very spacious and also designed for cooking class and wine tasting with a large cooking island with oven, double fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, ice machine, washer and dryer.

Besides, it is also provided with motorized sliding cristal curtains to close the area if necessary.

This is an ideal location for hosting small exclusive events amidst its panoramic terrace gardens, sloping down towards the sea.

It has solarium, gardens, wellness area, panoramic outdoor Jacuzzi (4,3 x 2,3) with upstream swimming and platforms on the sea.

Private platforms on the sea:

Furthermore a path of 130 stairs through the lush green park leads to private access to the sea.

We provided also two new steel laddersw that make much more easier and comfortable the access into the sea.

Moreever the surface of the platforms and steps leading to the sea has been completely covered with a fine gravel drowned in resin.

The final result is beautiful to the eye and it is very safe for our guests.

Now the sea area seems like a private beach in a beautiful cristal water inlet!

The wonderful natural setting which is the perfect setting for the most scenic corner of the property.

The villa boasts also the garden with a view of the surrounding nature, relaxing area, solarium, sauna, small kitchen.
