Villa Adriana is a 19th century master house that has been renovated. It features a wide 9000 m² park with a magnificent private swimming pool whose use is reserved to guests. The property, with car park, is completely fenced, and is situated in strategic position: the centre of Lucca as well as other historical Tuscan towns, including Pisa and Florence, and seaside and hill holiday destinations, such as Montecarlo, Collodi and Viareggio, is within easy reach.The beaches of the Versilia lie within 25 kilometres.

Villa Sunset

Villa Sunset, overlooking the sea, is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation: paths of bougainvillas and flowers, lemon trees typical of the area, along with the scent of the sea will bring you into the unique atmosphere of these places. One of the aspects to underline of this villa is absolutely the view of the sea. The large terrace, the windows overlook a wonderful view, which will make you enjoy, every day, a sunset that you will take with you in your suitcase on your return.

Villa Sunset is composed by on several levels:
On the ground floor there is a large lounge overlooking the sea with table and sofa bed, air conditioning, 1 service bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen connected to the terrace where you can spend moments of relax organizing lunch or dinner after the beach, with a breathtaking view. In the same level there is also a fitness Room equipped with two exercise bikes, a treadmill and a fitness bench. You will be able to enter the fitness room from the living room and from the kitchen.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
On the first floor there is another large living room with sofas and with sea view, living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable , and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter a small patio with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
Sleeping area: One master bedroom with en-suite bathroom: the bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. All rooms has a balcony with sea view, heating and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom: You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom: You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds, that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The bedroom have a balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Villa can be reached by car and there is a parking place inside the property for a utilitary car; through few steps you reach the entrance of the Villa. There is also a mechanical lift for help you with the luggage. In villa Sunset there is parking space. ( 1 car or 2 utilitary car one front each other).

You will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from the villa going down a 20-meters (65-feet) walkway that is cut into the rocky cliff and includes approximately 135 stairway steps. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. The access to the sea is shared with guests staying at another nearby villa.It’s possible to take a boat to reach few restaurant (you can call a taxi boat who arrive directly to the platform of Villa Sunset).
The swimming pool is 3.5m (11 feet)x large10 meters (33 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby villa.
It is open from mid-April until the end of October.
The garden is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. you can have From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.
Inside the property there is another villa which shares the use of the swimming pool and the private sea access. Both has a privacy.

Villa Sunset is situated in Praiano, one of the most beautiful coves of the coast, between Praia beach and the Fjord of Furore, halfway between Positano (7 km) and Amalfi (8km), both famous throughout the world for their lovely beaches,delicious shops, fine restaurants and lively bars. This popular seaside resort has kept its character of quiet fishermen’s village through the Praiano is just one step away from the two most lively villages of the coast. The Sita bus line connects Praiano to Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. The local orange bus circles around the village and takes you down to the beach and as far as Positano as well. As a traveller going to Praiano you will appreciate its slow pace. At the same time, the quality of its restaurants as well as the friendly atmosphere of the local cafes, such as Bar del Sole, will not disappoint you. Small as it is, the village does have its own grocery stores and ATM. In Walking Distance is possible to reach Marina di Praia. On a rocky promontory stands the cylindrical mass of Torre a Mare: a medieval structure which recalls the centuries-old struggle of the area’s inhabitants against the attacks of pirates.It’s visible from the villa and was built in 13th century ( 10 minutes walk). Here there is a little beach and several good restaurants.
The Sita bus ( Bus stop is 300 metres from the gate of Villa) connects Praiano to Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento.

Villa Sunset is perfectly positioned to explore attractions along the coast like Amalfi, Positano, Ravello or archeological highlights of Pompei (41km), Ercolano (52km), Paestum (70km)or island of Capri, Vulcano Vesuvio, Sorrento or Naples( 60km).

Apartment Calla (9 beds): the apartment is located on the first floor of the main house, reached by a staircase and an independent entrance on the left side of the house. You can also go up by another staircase connected directly to a bedroom.

The apartment is composed by: bright kitchen / dining room with dining table, stove / oven, fridge / freezer, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. On the other side a living room with sofas and TV; 1 Bedroom with 3 single beds which becomes double on request, air conditioning. 2 double bedrooms with single beds (another bedroom has Air Conditioning). 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet.

Recently renovated we kept brick floors and ceilings with wooden beams. In the sleeping area there is parquet floor. Calla is ideal for enjoying a relaxing time in the nature of the Lucca hills with your family or friends.

Outside, the swimming pool in share with other apartments (Gelsomino, Margherita and Narciso) . Each House has the own space with umbrella and sunbeds. The pool and the garden are constantly kept by the gardener to ensure cleanliness and precision. The pool has salt water and has the following measures (6m x 12m, depth: 1.40m).

On request you can utilized the jacuzzi area and Sauna! External you can find a utility room with washing machine, iron, sink etc.in share with the other apartments. Barbecue, table and chairs for dinner al fresco! The owner sells its own olive oil, wine and honey; ask about it!

Villa delle Fontane

To see the beautiful town of Pienza, as in a postcard, sitting down under a big oak the most ancient of the Val d’Orcia, you have to stay in the farmhouse “Villa delle Fontane”, a beautiful country house not so far from the medieval town Monticchiello.

Ville delle Fontane is located in the spectacular countryside of the Orcia valley, which has been renowned since the end of the first millennium as an important stage on the Via Francigena, the great medieval pilgrimage road from France to Rome. Ville delle Fontane was peasants’ house in ruins when it was discovered by the Gonzi family, its current owners.

Ideal for a luxury holiday combined with great hospitality and gastronomy. They have renovated other farmhouses, so the same attention to detail and all the lessons learned from previous renovations have been used in this last restoration, finished in 2003: original stone and bricks, terracotta flooring, antiques and Tuscan wooden furniture.The extensive lawn is mainly grass to maintain the open space of the valley and not to restrict the view around the farmhouse. Terracotta pots with geraniums, wild roses and bushes of lavender and rosemary create a beautiful frame around the pool ( 5.15mx 15m h. 90cm a 1.70 cm).

The large swimming pool is part of a landscaped terrace looking out over the countryside: it lies next to the villa from where guests can enjoy a spectacular view. Here guests can enjoy a long swim or simply relax poolside. All around tables and lounge chairs transform the area into a veritable outdoor salon, suitable for sun-bathing, conversing, cocktails or just spending time with family and friends.The covered dining space with fireplace, pizza oven, barbeque, table and chairs will let guests enjoy unforgettable Tuscan sunsets.

In restoring the structure as a comfortable vacation house of exceptional character, the owners’ main aim was to respect the original features of the building. Rooms with wooden-beamed ceilings are well sized and open to the most beautiful views of the valley, with wheat fields, olive groves and cypress trees. The Gonzi family respected the traditional structure of the farmhouse and kept the house divided into two independent units: the ground level, once the stables, which can accommodate ten people, and the top level, where the peasants used to live, which sleeps four more people. As a result, Ville delle Fontane is the perfect setting for family reunions or groups of friends looking for an “oasis” of tranquillity, surrounded by art and culture.A laundry room with washing-machine, hangers, ironing board and iron is available for the guests of Villa delle Fontane.

Villa Ruota is an elegant reconstruction of the 16th century villa belonging to the Falicaia family. From 2001 to 2016 a long and accurate restoration took place to return the villa and the barnhouse in front of the villa to their original condition.
