This prestigious villa preserves a fascinating history that dates back many centuries and some traces are still found today in authentic architectural and decorative details kept inside the villa.
The house is all in white lime, wrought iron wood and stone, restored on ancient walls of fascinating Arab architecture nothing is left to chance. The rooms and the rooms are all finely furnished with period furniture, and unfold in a succession of barrel vaults, cross vaults, columns, and ancient capitals.
The Villa is equipped with every comfort: sauna, Jacuzzi, solarium and a beautiful infinity pool with rock and waterfall. The orientation of the house is towards the healthy South, every architectural element and every piece of furniture perfectly match the surrounding environment.

On the stone terraces there is a typical wood-burning oven where you can spend an evening learning how to prepare the real Neapolitan pizza.
In the well-kept interior and in the vaulted rooms an old kitchen with Neapolitan tiles from the 18th century was refitted, where the most traditional Mediterranean cooking school of the ancient fishing village can be learned and tasted.

The swimming pool is 2.5 meters (8 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 20 centimeters (8 inches) 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs.
The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first living room or from the corridor through an arched French door. It is shaded by a tall porch made of stone. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
The first living room is paved with original terracotta tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include wood benches and an armchair. There is a big and elegant fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances.
The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the third terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room has two windows with a view of the sea and of the island of Li Galli. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.

Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea,
The fourth terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the second bedroom and from the third bedroom. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. The terrace is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with tables, chairs and a deck chair. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
The fifth terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the fourth terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the fourth terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a Jacuzzi bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will reach the villa from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps. (Very rare on the Amalfi Coast)
