The villa is equipped with a goods lift (for luggages only). The upper floor of Villa Conchiglia consists of three levels and opens itself on a very panoramic, equipped terrace of about 70 square meters, provided with brickwork benches, wicker sofas and a barbecue.

On the street level a parking space for one vehicle is available. Villa Conchiglia lies in an enviable position to reach the sea and to make use of several services. At about 50 meters from the Villa on the SS 163 is the bus stop offering you the public state travel service SITA.
