Location:

Villa Rosella is located in Boscorotondo, on the border of Panzano in Chianti. We are literally in the middle of unspoiled nature, all around only cedars, orchards, olive trees and vineyards, boundless rows of vines.

The back of the Villa overlooks another locality: the Volano, which gives its name to the excellent wine of the same name and to the place where the monumental statue of over 7 meters in height of San Francesco della Vigne stands commissioned by the owner of Il Molino di Grace, our neighbor and one of the best Chianti Classicos in the area.

The facade of Villa faces a provincial road that connects Panzano in Chianti to Radda in Chianti. The back of the Villa overlooks the garden, with its cedars and vineyards. The garden merges with the property of Molino di Grace, one of the certified producers of the Unione Viticoltori di Panzano in Chianti, our neighbor.

The territory is very hilly, to reach the center of the village, the pharmacy or the coop on foot it takes over 30 minutes passing through woods and vineyards on an uphill dirt road, or taking the provincial road along the paved road.

To better enjoy the house and the area, it is advisable to get around by car. However, a few kilometers away, there is line 365A which arrives in Florence with very few daily connections.
