TV Room: A room entirely designed to relax, enjoy and dream. A creative place featuring a large tv screen, board games, comfortable couches and beautiful wallpaper.

The lower floor is where the “Calidarium” is located. It consists of an heated Jacuzzi, sauna, automatic Shiatsu massage bed, gym, 2 showers and a changing room.

The wellness center is available exclusively to our guests. Massages and beauty treatments are available on request.

Poggiarello Cottage.
124 M2: This is an independent apartment adjoining the villa. It was originally the barn and is made up of a lounge room with fireplace,divans and tv.a kitchen with stove, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, double bedroom; twin bedroom; bathroom with shower and bathtub and Satellite T.V. The cottage has a large loggia and private garden with direct access to the swimming pool. The dependence is only rented together with the main villa and not separately.. This apartment has been restored according to rural architecture of the surrounding buildings …..hand painted tiles in the bathrooms, pastel colours on the walls and antique furniture in the rooms. Elegant and comfortable spaces guaranteeing a relaxing atmosphere in a Tuscan country villa. The cottage is open only for up to twenty guests.

Pool: Our Swimming Pool with its dedicated entrance and waterfall onto the valley below is particularly beautiful.

The pool features a big, mosaic clad whirlpool, and gentle cascades. The entire complex harmonizes perfectly with one of the most scenic landscapes in the Chianti valley, offering the double pleasure of a refreshing dip and a breathtaking view.

The pool is open from mid April to mid October
