Villa Arni is a detached villa in which our firm offers our guests its special brand of comfort, attention, and the liberty inherent in an exclusive and custom-tailored stay. Set in the mediaeval heart of the gentle Tuscan hills, a short 1500 metres from the historical centre of San Gimignano and its splendid towers, Villa Arni is immersed in the green of an enormous garden. It is surrounded by Palagetto’s vineyards and olive groves and provides hospitality in elegant, tastefully restored double rooms.
The Villa is perfect for small groups or families of 16/20 people. It includes eight bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, splendid communal lounges, a spacious kitchen, and a large garden with barbecue area and a swimming pool for poolside aperitifs.
Romitorio: This room is situated on the first floor of Villa Arnilù. Its name conjures up somewhere intimate and welcoming, and the Romitorio double room with its queen size bed and ensuite bathroom fully lives up to its name. Air conditioning, heating and satellite TV included.
Le Balze: This bedroom is situated on the first floor, and entrance is external to the villa. An ideal family choice if taken together with the Collemucioli bedroom, which is adjacent and with which it shares a communicating door. Collemucioli: This first floor bedroom is reached through a private entrance external to the villa. It is a double room with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and can accommodate another bed, making it an ideal choice for families with small or older children if taken together with La Balze. Le Torri: ituated on the first floor, this double room contains a bath and has a private toilet. It is ideal for couples who wish to enjoy an intimate, romantic holiday. There is a splendid panoramic view over the towers of San Gimignano. Air conditioning, heating and satellite TV included.
La Romantica: With its dreamy charm and double windows overlooking the countryside, La Romantica is situated on the first floor and entrance is by an iron spiral staircase from the main hall. With a bath and sink in the bedroom reminiscent of old-style accommodations, this double room has a truly romantic feel. Air conditioning, heating and satellite TV included.
Sottobosco: Situated on the ground floor and enjoying a panoramic view, Sottobosco owes its name to Palagetto’s prize wine. It is a double bedroom with a four-poster bed and a small balcony offering views over San Gimignano. Ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating and satellite TV included.
Niccolò: This name comes from that of the white wine created in collaboration with the famous wine expert Tachis. The wine was called after Sabrina’s middle son, Nicolò, who today runs the business with his sister Arianna. This double room, with breath-taking views over San Gimignano from a small balcony, has a four-poster bed and can accommodate another bed. The bathroom with shower is ensuite and there is air conditioning, heating and satellite TV.
L’Ottava: Dating from 2023, L’Ottava is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. It is situated on the ground floor of the villa and enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating and satellite TV included.
