The Outdoors there is the garage with washing machine and a fitness machine with cyclette. In the large 9000 m² garden you can find the large swimming pool (5×12 m; depth: 1.40 m), equipped with sunshades, deck chairs, shower and lighting system.

The barbecue equipment and a table for eating al fresco are at guests` disposal. The property includes a car park. Villa is fully fenced.

The villa is provided with swimming pool exclusively reserved to guests, car park, cot bed, DVD player, satellite TV, Internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and iron.
