Romantic villa of 320 sqm, just renovated, inside a large private estate on a hill above the village of Camaiore near Forte dei Marmi and Lucca.

Recently renovated, this rural villa has a typical Tuscan flair. Wooden beamed ceilings throughout and the original terracotta tiled floors in some parts of the house are 200 years old. At the same time the Villa offers many top quality modern comforts: a fully equipped kitchen, fast speed wifi and the best air conditioning the region has to offer.

This three floor villa features 5 bedrooms and can accomodate up to ten people. Adjacent to the villa is a cosy, private guest house with its own entrance. The guest house features 2 single beds (which can be converted into a double bed upon request) with en -suite bathroom (shower only) . It is bathed in sunlight during the day and quiet and private at night.

On the first floor of the main house there is a fully equipped kitchen with en suite dining room and a table that seats 10 people. This floor also two adjacent bedrooms: one double and one with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor are 2 romantic master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, both spacious and elegant , each has a shower and a bathtub .

We also provide a baby cot and high chair upon request.

The Villa is located inside a private gated estate, just 5 minutes drive away from the village of Camaiore. Here you can find local markets, shops, restaurants.

The Versilia area, just 9 km away from the Villa, is famous for its Beach Resorts and its nightlife: discos, restaurants, cafes, many along the sea front Promenade. It’ s also famous for the market of Forte dei Marmi (every Wednesday morning) which has been going strong for decades. Beach resorts are comfortable and offer good service.

In 25 minutes by car you can reach the medieval town of Lucca, famous for the medieval walls and for its 101 churches

In less than 1 hour by car, you can reach Firenze and Cinque Terre. Siena is about 1 hour and half away by car .

The advantages of this house is the total privacy, the landscape and the proximity to nature, yet the village is only ten minutes away on foot. It’s also ideally placed for sightseeing excursions, beach outings , shopping in Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.

Its also close to Pietrasanta ( 6km away) the town where Michelangelo lived for two years in the 1500’s to search for the perfect slab of Carrara marble for The David and La Pieta’.

The restaurants in the area are delicious. LORENZO in Forte dei Marmi is considered one of the best in Italy. IL MAITO and IL BISTROT are also excellent (always in Forte dei Marmi) and lunch at BAGNO BRUNO in summer is also a good recommendation on the beach in the day

In Pietrasanta: FILIPPO, IL POSTO, L’ENOTECA, though there are many very good street restaurants to choose

In Viareggio its good to go to the darsena , beyond the port where there are several excellent fish restaurants , one after the other along the beachfront.

Villa Regale is a special villa for rent in Tuscany, Italy, with a beautiful heated pool and a stunning panoramic view: what our guests love most is our garden, as well as the veranda area, overlooking the valley and facing the old medieval village of Montecatini Alto. It is a perfect villa for a family, or for more families of friends who love to gather together : specially in the Alfresco area, when the sun sets, or when the sun rises, steps away from the kitchen (where they may have hired a private chef from us!), with chairs and pillows for everybody, feeling the atmosphere and the joy of being together.
Alfresco Dining

Swimming Pool: Our Swimming pool has been completely restored in 2020, and now features a modern heating system, available for our guests throughout the year. Its length is over 200 squared meters, 1.50mt tall at max, fully gated and safe for kids.
Plenty of armchairs, chaise-longues and chairs are available at the pool level, including umbrellas.
There are two changing rooms, three bathrooms and two showers in the service area, plus a small self catering bar with a fridge and ice maker for your refreshments.
Table Tennis, barbecue and a huge tent to spend your day at the pool, with a full strength wifi signal in the whole area, free for our guests.
There is no better place to work from holidays, to check your emails or businesses than doing it from such a pool!
Park & Premises: Upon the entrance a white road leads in front of the villa, where a parking lot is divided into the two sides of the entrance. More than 10 cars can easily park in rows up here, and more parking is available in the villa’s premises.
The villa is surrounded by a green park, with olive groves and green grass: like all the Tuscan hills you can walk around, watching your steps between the trees roots.

Villa Regale is a six bedroom panoramic Villa, with over 400sq meters of internal areas available for our guests, rented in an exclusive use formula only. The property is fenced and gated, and the access road is a white road among the hills, designed by two rows of maritime pines, welcoming our guest into our parking and fountains
promenade. Alfresco is developed on three levels: the entrance level, with a living area and some service spaces, and a bedroom area, with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with private windows or covered terraces and patios. The First level, bedroom area, with three ensuite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with private covered panoramic terrace and hydromassage private tub in its ensuite bathroom; The Entrance level, with a living space with fireplace, and three bedrooms, two of them sharing a private bathroom and one suite with private patio and entrance, and a double kingsize bed, ensuite. The ground level with our big & new kitchen, a living and game area, three bathrooms and a huge panoramic 150squared meters veranda, with tables and chairs, surrounded by trees and lemon trees, directly accessible from the Alfresco patio, overlooking the hills and the valley.

Entrance Level – The main colour of the wall paint is a light pearl grey, and the soft double bed is placed in front of a fireplace; the room features a wardrobe cabin and there is plenty of room for additional rollaway bed or baby cot for children. Room 1 features private heating – AC with own remote. Room 1 and Room 2 share a private bathroom in the same corridor.

Entrance Level – The main colour of the wall paint is a smooth tobacco and vanilla, a French double bed in an original wooden shape with its matching closet make this room cozy and warm. Private terrace access overlooking the valley and the hill of Montecatini Alto, and our swimming pool. Room 2 features private heating – AC with own remote. Room 1 and Room 2 share a private bathroom in the same corridor.

First Floor – This double ensuite bedroom has a nice panoramic window, also private heating – AC with own remote and a private wardrobe. Its ensuite Bathroom has a shower and thub with hydromassage , with a big basin and a huge mirror wall.

Entrance Level – This master king-size bedroom is made of two separate areas, enlighted by eight window-doors, completely darkened at night time: bed is over 2mt large, with kingsize american-style mattress and a 42inches TV screen. The room also features a Double sofa bed and a private table with chairs for private meals. The room has its own external private bathroom and a private access from outside the villa, through a lovely and panoramic patio & solarium. Room 6 has its private heating – AC with own remote.
Living Areas
Ground level – this living & Dining area is perfect for dining inside, at the warmth of the house: perfect wintertime dinners, family gatherings and even Christmas EVE have been spent here: there are big wooden tables and chairs for up to 16 seats, with a game or dancing area by the monumental staircase with books and an glass wine cellar. The living area is directly connected with the Veranda and with the Kitchen, and has its private Heating and AC with own remote
Kitchen
The Ground level of our villa for rent in Tuscany is composed by a 65squared meters kitchen, that has been completely restored in 2019: it features all new professional tools, including a vertical oven, microwave oven and double temperature professional fridge. There is a large number of pots and trays: in case you ask a private chef for your family dinner, there is any kind of tool supplied! It is also possible to dine or to have cooking classes in the kitchen: our families love to learn to do homemade pasta and to to how to pair wine and food. Professional dishwashing and storages also available. The kitchen has direct access to the living and dining area and also to the Alfresco patio dining area, for breakfasts or parties or family moments.
Veranda
Ground level of our Villa for rent in Tuscany: our Veranda is the most loved place in our Villa. Sorrounded by the olive groves and overlooking a blue sky, with a panoramic view over our private heated pool and the lovely medieval village of Montecatini Alto, which is just few minutes walk from us. The Veranda is suitable for dinners with private chef or private receptions, and it has additional sofas and armchairs for relaxing and tasting evenings.
It has natural light and night lightings, it has ceiling fans and heating units; in the veranda there is an audio system available for for background music during your private events.
The veranda is connected with the dining room, with a living and gaming area, with the Alfresco dining outside, and it is very close to the huge renovated kitchen of this villa. The Veranda is also linked to a monumental staircase to the private heated pool of the villa: a spectacular scenario for your holidays in Tuscany, and for your family memories.

Villa La Merla

This villa is a typical exclusive house with swimming pool located in Ostuni, which can accommodate up to 8 people, with four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Distinctive feature of the Villa is the magnificent view of the valley of olive trees that surrounds it. The Mediterranean character and the chic setting make the house a unique pearl for a relaxing holiday.

Ostuni, known also as “the White City”, is in the heart of Apulia, in Brindisi province. Its central location makes its easy to reach and convenient to all transportation. The Villa is in the heart of this beautiful area not far from all the most important tourist destinations of the region and the airports of Brindisi and Bari.

Equipped with all the comforts, it extends on a 10,000 square meters property of olive grove characterized by a typical Apulian flora and dry stone walls.

The villa has a classic design and offers a capacity of 8 . The beautiful swimming pool and terrace, the solarium is the place where you spend most of the day, among the olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants that adorn the surrounds.

The villa consists of a living room kitchen with fireplace and bathroom with shower and three bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, two of which are double and one with 2 single beds that can be joined together. There is an outdoor kitchen by the pool equipped with sink, gas stove, barbecue and pizza oven (you can use it only if you book the pizza maker).

A flight of external stairs leading to the roof of the house, which is a large 150 square meter terrace, The villa is in an excellent position to reach the beautiful and ancient cities of Ostuni (4 km) and Ceglie Messapica (6 km) and to discover their renowned gastronomic tradition.

The beaches of the Adriatic are about 11 km (15 minutes by car).

The price of the villa includes linen (1 per week) and towels for the pool (1 per week)

Upon arrival 150 € will be required for final cleaning plus the city tax (1 € per person per night for the first 5 nights) in cash.

7)Underfloor heating is not included in the price of the villa and costs € 150 up to a week of use. In the case of longer periods the price increases (generally necessary only in the winter period from November to March) and in any case the villa is also equipped with hot and cold air conditioners.

The villa opens onto a large and bright verandah with fireplace, antique stone floors and a comfortable divan where you can enjoy a glass of the local Chianti wine. From the verandah you enter the billiard room with its bar and on to the kitchen and main dining room with fireplace and TV room. The floors as well as the furniture are in precious wood, in black and white, which give a pleasant and harmonious contrast.

First Floor

Up the stone staircase the first floor opens onto a spacious living room with fireplace and large and comfortable divans. This area, with its wooden beams ceiling, creates a pleasant and luxurious atmosphere with all the modern comforts you could desire. On this floor there are also four bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with bath rub and shower. These bedrooms are decorated in a fascinating way and have splendid views out over the countryside. There are 3 double bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. The beautiful bathrooms have all been made in travertine marble.

Ground Floor – Depandance

Podere Castelletto is located in Val d’Orcia, a region of Tuscany, central Italy, which extends from the hills south of Siena to Monte Amiata. If weather conditions permit, the ski resorts of Monte Amiata will officially open from December 22nd to March 23rd. Ten, we said, the slopes dedicated to alpine skiing, capable of thrilling experts and non-experts.

Montichiello is a tiny fortified medieval village known as the “terrazza della Val’ Orcia” – the terrace of Val d’Orcia- for its wonderful hilltop position offering vast and outstanding views over Pienza and the surrounding waving hills. Its defensive thick walls and towers are preserved only in part, just 3 of the original 17 towers have survived. In the highest part of the village you find the Torre del Cassero, that fortunately has remained intact and is now of private property. You enter the village by Porta Sant’Agata through a beautiful leaning watchtower, and your attention is soon captured by the finely restored stone houses, beautifully adorned by colorful flower pots and lovely little balconies. The village still maintains its charming medieval characteristics with its perfect arches, ancient stairs, lovely window sills, and characteristic balconies

Villa Beatrice

Villa beatrice is located in Mutigliano just 6 km from the center of Lucca. It enjoys a very advantageous position as it is immersed in silence and greenery but being able to get anywhere with a few minutes by car. Villa beatrice is the classic country house surrounded by greenery and is recommended for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family.

The house is divided into different levels connected with steps: entering a large living room, a kitchen well equipped, utility room with washing machine, a bathroom with a shower. Climbing few steps you find the TV room with sofas and you have the access to the large terrace with table and chairs.

The bedroom floor is composed by Two large standard double bedroom and one with two single beds, can be joined if necessary. one bathroom with tub is ensuite in the large double bedroom, and the third bathroom is in the corridor in front of the bedrooms with shower.

Charming villa nestled in the green hills, just 19 km from Florence. Villa has a beautiful view of the around hills , here there is a famous Tuscany wine called Chianti Rufino, and rolling hills that are followed to the horizon.

Villa Gialla is situated in the Valdinievole, in the heart of Tuscany, on the hill overlooking the ancient spa town of Montecatini. It’s an ideal point of departure to visit the main attractive cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa, the charming Versilia coast and the enchanting Pinocchio Park at Collodi, where you can spend holidays featured by relax and fun.
The villa is surrounded by a charming park with swimming pool, featuring expanses of olive trees, cultivated terraces according to the Tuscan tradition and vineyards which frame to a picture. The Villa has five double room available with bathroom en suite, which has been recently renovated and a double sofa bed.

It was a summer residence of a 1800 noble family, of which are still visible some furnishings. The strategic location and the wealth of the surroundings make Villa an ideal destination for those who want to spend relaxing and funny holiday, of rich and varied Tuscany culture and luxury.

Ground Floor: The old door made of solid wood is the main entrance to the villa. You enter on the ground floor where you will find a reception hall, a reception area and welcome where you can spend a few minutes to relax, and a laundry room. The corridor, lit by small spotlights to light the ceiling, separating the two rooms and leads to a stone staircase leading to the first floor.

First Floor: The first floor can either be reached from the ground floor or the external staircase adjoining the villa. It consists of 4 rooms: a kitchen with dining room that overlooks a lovely garden, a large, well-lit living room with a relaxation corner and fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a reading room where you can leaf through antique books of various genres.

Second Floor: The second floor consists of 4 spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and shower. All the rooms have modern, stylish furnishings, which give them an original, bright, and welcoming feel. Each room overlooks the park and has a colour theme which, with the decor and fabrics, completes the elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The frescoes have been restored where possible. Imposing 18h century villa in the Tuscan hills, surrounded by a large property with splendid woods, olive groves and vineyards. The villa is situated near Palaia, an 11h century town famous for the quality of its truffles and recognized by UNESCO. The town has all the main shops and is a perfect setting out spot for visits to Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia, Firenze, San Gimignano and Volterra, not to mention Tirranean coast and the Apuane Alps.
The villa, recently restricted, has maintained its original architectural characteristics and has been transformed into a charming country villa laid out on three floors. It is surrounded by a 4000 sq. meter park which offers tranquility and shade thanks to its pine wood…..the perfect place to read a good book and enjoy a glass of wine surrounded by the pleasures of the nature. In front of the villa it is possible to enjoy dining outdoors, using tables and chairs protected by a large umbrella. The spectacular pool (unusual measurements of 18 x 9 mtrs and 140 cms depth) offers good swimming as well as pleasant freshness. It is on a natural panoramic terrace looking out over the surrounding vineyards. Ideal for an evening aperitive it offers privacy and a solarium with pool loungers and umbrellas. As well as the main pool and just next to it there is a small pool for children (6×6 and 50 cms. depth).
The villa has Wifi Internet connection, inside and also on the verandah in front. There is a ping-pong , laundry area in an outside building and exclusive parking. The outdoor area is fully equipped with appropriate furniture. the property has a wine and olive oil production.

The villa is antique with floors in cotto and stone and an atmosphere of luxury and one can breathe in the past comforts. The furnishings are one with the architecture and thanks to their precious details, recapture the antique splendor……good taste, the tonalities of the colours chosen, the furniture, the paintings.The style is a mixture of luxurious and rustic, thanks to the vaulted ceilings in brick, the original stone walls, ample sitting spaces, and the carpets and curtains in well-chosen materials make the surrounding atmosphere luminous and comfortable.
The principal lounge is the more rustic, with vaulted ceilings and big fireplace, which, being next to the kitchen, also permits genial cooking classes. The second lounge, more elegant and colorful, is perfect for tasting the typical, traditional Tuscan dishes and a good glass of wine in the company of family and friends.
On the first floor , the bedrooms (each completely different from the other )have a unique, elegant and classical style and all have ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor the bedrooms are in a more rustic style, all with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. Three cots are available on request.
