Villa Giorgia

Villa Giorgia is located in Forte Dei Marmi, in the beautiful Roma Imperiale, about 700 meters from the sea, perpendicular to Capannina di Franceschi.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden, with a large newly built swimming pool, where there are a shower, walk, sun-beds, a veranda with “outdoor lounge” accompanied by a large tent where guests can relax when they want to keep shelter from the sun.

The villa is on two floors:
On the ground floor: a dining room, a large living room, a separate kitchen (fully equipped), a room with two beds and two bathrooms.
On the first floor:there are 4 bedrooms, two with two single beds, two with double beds and two bathrooms.

Villa Del Design

Villa Design can be considered one of the most unique villas to rent in Italy: 6 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms
GROUND FLOOR: The main entrance to the tower on the ground floor leads into a large space with walls and flooring in original XIII –XIV century travertine. There is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the large reception room which is perfect for breakfasts, lunches and suppers. A beautiful square room with stone walls has been furnished as a lounge with design pieces and is perfect for reading and relaxing.
FIRST FLOOR: to be passed through in order to reach the design staircase at the center of the tower.

SECOND FLOOR: Two spacious suites which can also be accessed via the lift/elevator. The first suite consists of a double bedroom with TV and mini bar; bathroom with shower; elegant and comfortable lounge for reading. It enjoys a panoramic view of the Umbrian countryside. The second suite has a double bedroom with king size double bed and a large closet with mirror; bathroom with hydro-massage and shower; reading room, TV, mini bar.

THIRD FLOOR: Accessed by the lift/elevator as well as the staircase, this approximately 120 sq. meter floor has a day area containing a fully equipped spacious kitchen which is particularly suitable for cookery courses. A bright dining room with a large table seating 12 positioned in front of a beautiful sandstone fireplace used for lunches and suppers with the chef. The bathroom with shower has an enormous panoramic window looking onto the internal garden. In the night area there is a very cozy bedroom with double bed, desk and closet; a double bedroom with queen size bed decorated with lots of works of contemporary art. The large bathroom, which has maintained medieval architectural details, has both a bathtub and a hydro-massage shower/sauna.

FOURTH FLOOR: Accessed by the lift/elevator as well as the staircase, this approximately 120 sq. meter floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen which is useful for lunches and suppers organized on the terrace, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a welcoming and spacious living-room with fireplace. The night area has two double bedrooms (one with French-style bed) which are very cozy and furnished with valuable fabrics. The spacious bathroom has a double washbasin, hydro-massage bathtub, design shower for two and relax area.

TERRACE: the large terrace reached via an easy flight of stairs is a truly spectacular observation point for viewing the valley. A table seating 12, lounges and cushions make this a very habitable and attractive space.

Villa Aura

The wonderful stretch of coast, between Amalfi and the little village of Conca dei Marini, scenery of indescribable beauty embellished by the beautiful sea’s and coast’s view, welcomes like a ring its precious gem Villa Aura. The charming Villa, located in Vettica, a small village around 3 Kilometres from the Amalfi centre, is easily reachable from the main road SS 163 by climbing 116 steps, leading to the very panoramic and quiet Villa, surrounded by the lush green Mediterranean vegetation.

Villa Aura has a habitable surface of about 300 square metres, distributed on three levels connected by external staircases and boasts wonderful outdoor equipped spaces (about 700 square metres) welcoming terraces and gardens. The Villa’s gate opens into a well kept equipped garden with an extensive view of the sea and the coast. The elegant and fine Villa is furnished with precious ceramic and wrought iron pieces and with modern/ancient design furniture.

Villa Aura is distributed on three levels divided as follows: First Level: Across the wonderful terrace 12 stairs lead to the beautiful annex that is composed of a foyer, furnished with wicker armchairs and table, a living/dining room with table, chairs and kitchen cupboard, a double bedroom en suite with shower bathroom, a second double bedroom en suite with shower bathroom and with a balcony opening on the ancient well of the 12th century. Second Level: 30 external steps lead to the upper level, which opens itself to the main floor of the Villa. On this level is situated a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a wonderful terrace, equipped with garden furniture, outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and a charming ancient well.

This floor has an office, 2 double bedrooms, a shower/sauna bathroom, 1 lounge with a double bed sofa, illuminated by a balcony opening onto the beautiful panoramic terrace of about 30 square meters, a third double bedroom overlooks the sea, a corridor equipped with beautiful cupboards with gold trim sizes, where there is the second bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub, 1 large completely equipped kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, oven, freezer, fridge, cooking plate with 5 stoves, microwave oven) furnished with a splendid fireplace. Third Level: an outdoor staircase leads to the Villa’s upper floor with an external shower bathroom and laundry area (2 washing machines, laundry, drying rack); few steps lead to the solarium terrace (suspended between the sea and the rocky coast with the ancient Saint Rosa Monastery), equipped with sun beds, outdoor shower, table, chairs and embellished with a characteristic brick bench. From the terrace by descending a few steps there is a direct access to the Attic composed of living room with one place bed sofa, table, kitchen cupboard and fridge, 1 double bedroom & 1 shower bathroom. All the bedrooms of the Villa are laid out to guarantee the guests absolute privacy.

The rural holiday accommodation Cottage da Giovanni is located on the hills overlooking the medieval town of Pescia and enjoys a magnificent view over the valley and the surrounding hills. Cottage da Giovanni has an exceptional location, nestled between the olives and the foothills of the so-called “Pescia Switzerland”. These mountains were named by Jean-Charles-Léonard de Sismondi Simonde, an intellectual from Geneva, who recognized a certain similarity to his home here.
