On a clear day you can see Lucca with its wonderful stone walls. The Cottage is surrounding bt the greenery and it’s nice to spend hours relaxing by the pool or walking around Tenuta or cycling on the hills. Near the property, you can admire Villa Bellosguardo (built in 1700), farm of Charles of Bourbon, the Duke of Lucca, and then, home to Elena Baciocchi (the sister of Napoleon Bonaparte).

The Cottage Gelsomino is a gracious independent red cottage near the swimming pool (6m x 12m). Each House have the own space with umbrella and sunbeds. Gelsomino is very bright and welcoming, decorated in rustic style with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, walls in delicate pastel colors and a very nice view from the window.
It’s composed by : on the ground floor a large lounge / dining room with sofas and armchairs, dining table, fireplace, kitchenette with stove / oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher.
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet / bidet. The house has a veranda with jasmine fragrant and roses, here you can dinner outside surrounded by a unique view of the hills of Lucca.
Cottage Gesomino have also a lower part with private garden and olive trees.
Guests have an outdoor room with a washing machine service, iron and sink. Barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven are available for guests. There is also Sauna and Jacuzzi Area on request.

Car recommended, parking on the property.
