This wonderful estate is situated in a spectacular panoramic area called Pieve Santo Stefano. The property extends on over 40 hectares – rolling hills covered with olive groves and vineyards and close to a small fenced lake.
On a clear day you can see Lucca with its wonderful stone walls. Narciso is surrounding by the greenery and it’s nice to spend your time relaxing by the pool or walking around Tenuta or cycling on the hills. Near the property, you can admire Villa Bellosguardo (built in 1700), farm of Charles of Bourbon, the Duke of Lucca, and then, home to Elena Baciocchi (the sister of Napoleon Bonaparte).
The apartment Narciso is on the ground floor on the right side of the main building. It’s composed by living room with kitchen, table, sofa bed for 2 people, television. Kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine.

Apartment Narciso is very bright and welcoming, decorated in rustic style with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, walls in delicate pastel colors.
Outside, in front of the door, the swimming pool in share with other apartments (Gelsomino, Margherita and Calla) . Each House has the own space with umbrella and sunbeds. The pool and the garden are constantly kept by the gardener to ensure cleanliness and precision. The pool has salt water and has the following measures (6m x 12m, depth: 1.40m).
On request you can utilized the jacuzzi area and Sauna! External you can find a utility room with washing machine, iron, sink etc.in share with the other apartments. Barbecue, table and chairs for dinner al fresco! The owner sells its own olive oil, wine and honey; ask about it!
