Near the luxurious area of Caruso Hotel, the villa allows entry through a lovely little gate which takes the guest directly to the upper floor, in a nice living room that leads to the entrances of the four double bedrooms: two double bedrooms, on the left side, which share a bathroom equipped with shower, while the other two are on the right side, sharing a common bathroom with tub. From the upper floor, a beautiful and characteristic stair-case takes to the big open space, positioning itself at the center of this and allowing the hall to be imaginarily divided in two: on the right side of the open space there is the access to the lounges, while on the left, the guest will find a nice dining room, which is directly connected to the beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with all the comfort, plus a storeroom and a useful guest bathroom. Furthermore, the big hall on the lower floor turns out to be surrounded by three stone arches that lead outdoors.
