The beautiful oasis Ripa is in the heart of Tuscany, ideally placed to reach quickly Florence, Siena, Cortona and all the other typical antique villages and cities of art in Tuscany.
Through a nice little country road you arrive at the property, 3 hectares in total, to reach the villa itself you go trough a picturesque boulevard with tipical cypresses. At the end of the boulevard you find the villa, the suite and the pool area.
The villa, recently and totally restored in the typical Tuscan style, is immersed in a green private park, where you can relax under the fresh shadow of a lot of different plants and trees, smell the various flowers and visit the vegetable garden from which you can take anything you like to eat.
There is a totally equipped BBQ with pizza oven too. In the area there is also a nice gazebo with a long table and chairs to have nice dinners with your holiday friends.
As well as the natural sound of the country birds, you can listen to your favorite music through a very sophisticated Bose system distributed all over the park, like green mushrooms. This diffused sound is also in any part of the villa, in the spa, in the gym….every where and you can easily use it with your smartphone in any place you are.
Villa Ripa has obtained officially the Green Certificate, because it uses just renewable sources.
It offers also a lot of services dedicated to the personal care: a magnificent spa with a twin floor Jacuzzi tub with aromatherapy, a large sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower and beds for relaxing massages.
In the middle of the park there is another “pearl”, a gym room on a high level base with all-glass walls, which gives you the impression to use your gym in an open air and while you do your exercises you can enjoy the nature all around you. In the night then some special colored leds bring you in a….magic fairy tale! The infinity pool is 12×4 mt and is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds etc.
For sport lovers there is an area where you can play five-a-side football, volleyball and there is also a billiard room.

Villa Ripa is divided into two buildings: the villa and the suite.
In the suite you can find a lounge, a kitchen, a divan which can become a double bed, a satellite tv. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe.
The SPA is composed by a wonderful 2 floor Jacuzzi, 4 comfortable beds for relaxing, diffusion of music and aromatherapy. Through the big window you can see the pool area and a part of the park with century old trees. There is also a big sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, changing and massage room.
All the buildings are equipped with AC, Heating and air ed changing and purification system.
The music diffusion is not just inside, but all over the park and you can command it with your smartphone. The villa is on 3 floors:
Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is the main entrance through which it is possible to enter the large dining room and the fully equipped kitchen or into the large launge with big divans and chairs in front of a fire place, with a 65” satellite tv. The floor is made of cream travertin. There are two at arches in cotto and the tipical ceiling with wood beans and cotto tiles.
There is also a bathroom for the ground floor.
First Floor
On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. In one of these bedrooms it is possible to have two single beds. Each bedroom has a frigo bar and a beautiful view of the park.
In two of the double bedrooms it is possible to add one single bed.
Lower floor
In the basement there is another fully equipped kitchen with a big room where you can have foods, wine tasting, a cellar with a prestigious selection of famous brand wine (Montalcino, Chianti, Montepulciano), a very large lounge room with divans and a billiard and a bathroom. The ceiling has the typical classical vaults of the old stables of Tuscan country houses.
