Swimmingpool (10X3,80 mt), in the reception internet connection, furnished garden, furnished portico with table and chairs, in the apartment Est a washingmachine, tv, mobile stereo with cd player, barbecue, car parking. Possibility to add two single beds.
The swimming pool is equipped with high sensitivity perimeter photovolumetric sensors that perceive any movement: in case of motion perception, the alarm sounds.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.

Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 1.500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
