The apartments have sizes from 60 sqm to 200 sqm.

Three apartments have a small terrace where you can enjoy moments of relaxation with a magical view over the rooftops of the city and the Basilica of Santa Croce.

The whole floor can be booked exclusively and can accommodate up to 14 guests in double rooms with bathroom, as well as 3 extra sofa beds. For a maximum in total of 20 people. Ideal for those traveling with their family, for groups of friends or for private events.

CLEANING SERVICE: Included in the rate, every three days: Rooms and bath cleaning service, changing of Bed and bath linen, amenities and nal cleaning. Service active from 10.00 to 14.00.

CHILDREN: They are welcome! We are glad to provide on request, free of charge, a cradle and a high- chair for children (0-3 years old)

PARKING AREA: All the area of the city centre in Florence is a limited traffic zone (ZTL)
The apartment is in a limited traf c zone, so every time you enter it is necessary to inform your number plate car and your entrance times to parking staff. It is possible to use the TINTORI garage near the apartments, you can have a reduction.
