WeekHomes Srls  is an agency which provides a booking service for holiday properties all over the world. The landlords manage, either directly or through delegates, all the holiday houses on offer on our websites. 
During the booking procedure you will be asked to provide us with your personal details, which will be processed using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic means in order to supply you with our services (issue of vouchers and invoices, communication of the reservation to the landlord of the house etc...). 
Your personal details may be disclosed to some third parties (including the landlord of the house of your choice and other external advisors) and to the persons responsible for the booking procedure. 
Your personal details will be stored on our servers, which are accessed only by our staff and the maintenance technicians. 
At any time you can exert the rights granted by article 7 of the Italian Law Decree nr. 196/2003 (including the right to know the data collected and to amend, update and cancel them) within the limits and conditions established in articles 8, 9 and 10 of the afore-mentioned Italian Law Decree. 
Your refusal to provide your personal details may result in the impossibility for us to supply our services. 

Dear Customer,

Pursuant to art. 13 D.lgs. 196/2003 (hereinafter T.U.) and subsequent amendments, as well as in accordance with EU regulation 2016/679, and in relation to personal data, we inform you of the following:
1. Purpose of data processing: the processing is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the contractual agreement for the promotion and rental of properties for tourism purposes.
2. Methods of data processing: a) processing is carried out by means of collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and distribution some data; b) Operations may be performed with or without the aid of electronic or automated means; c) The processing is carried out by the data controller and / or the persons in charge of the processing, according to the provisions of the Law and the current National Collective Labor Contract (as regards the staff of the agency).
3. Provision of data: the provision of common personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point 1 and the preservation of the same, in accordance with current legislation, will take place for 10 years after the conclusion of the assignment;
4. Refusal to provide data: any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data in the case referred to in paragraph 3 will make it impossible to carry out the activities referred to in point 1, ie the execution of the professional assignment from Weekhomes srls.
5. Data communication: personal data may be disclosed to the persons in charge of processing and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point 1 to external collaborators, subjects operating in the sector and, in general, to all those subjects to whom communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1.
6. Dissemination of data: without prejudice to the provisions of point 5, the personal data provided under points 1 and 3 are not subject to disclosure.
7. Transfer of data abroad: personal data may be transferred to European Union countries and to third countries with respect to the European Union for the purposes referred to in point 1 and in compliance with EU legislation on EU 2016/679 Privacy, as well as the relative Italian legislation.
8. Rights of the interested party: the interested party has the right to:
• access to personal data;
• to obtain from the holder confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their availability in intelligible form;
• to be informed of the origin of the data, of the purposes and methods of processing, of the logic applied to processing, of the identification details of the data controller and of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated;
• to obtain the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns him;
• to oppose the treatment;
• data portability;
• to withdraw consent;
• to propose a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
9. Data controller: the data controller is Francesca Del Frate, manager of Weekhomes srls. Giacomo Frediani, a collaborator of Francesca Del Frate, is in charge of the processing.
10. Data retention: data retention takes place by means of paper and / or computerized archiving. The paper and IT documentation is only accessible to the responsible owner and processor. As far as access to the computer documentation is concerned, this saved on the PC and through a remote and / or cloud storage system, is done by means of password identification. Again with regards to the management and archiving of computers, it should be noted that data may also be stored using remote and / or cloud storage systems, chosen by Dr. Francesca Del Frate, with the placing of servers outside the European Union, in compliance with the aforementioned regulations.
11. Communications: for communication purposes, the addresses indicated in the epigraph can be used.
12. Consent: By signing this information, which is issued in copy, the customer gives his consent to the processing of his data according to the methods described above.
