This wonderful estate is situated in a spectacular panoramic area. The property extends on over 40 hectares - rolling hills covered with olive groves and vineyards and close to a small fenced lake. On a clear day you can see Lucca with its wonderful stone walls.
the area is very green and it's nice to spend hours relaxing by the pool or by walking or cycling.
Near the property, Villa Bellosguardo (built in 1700), farm of Charles of Bourbon, the Duke of Lucca, and then home to Elena Baciocchi (sister of Napoleon Bonaparte).
The Cottage Gelsomino is a gracious independent cottage, near the swimming pool (6m x 12m) and the main building,
on the ground floor there is a large lounge / dining room with sofas and armchairs, 1 sofa bed, dining table, fireplace, kitchenette with stove / oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher.
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub / shower, toilet / bidet.
The house has a veranda with jasmine fragrant , here you can dinner outside surrounded by a unique view of the hills of Lucca.
